Gradua Project

The GRADUA project, part of the Erasmus + program and coordinated by the Agricultural University of Tirana, is to create concrete synergies between the University and the labor market through the creation of a unified instrument available to both beneficiaries, graduates evaluation, education system performance and security. innovative recruiting names.

Through GRADUA it is intended to create a demand-side matching model by creating a graduates ‘database of the universities in the country through: graduates’ data collection, strengthening bilateral university-business cooperation, appropriate positioning of the graduates  in the labor market. 

Project implementation comes as an innovative IT platform that will track graduates and their employment in support of higher education policy making and reform.

The University College of Business is already part of this Platform implementing all of its study programs in both Bachelor and Master cycles.
