OPEN LECTURE FROM ARCH. PAES. MATTEO GUCCIONE ON THE TOPIC OF NEW PROFESSIONAL ROLES FOR DIRECTING AND MANAGING SME AGGREGATIONS IN EUROPE, PARTICULARLY IN ITALY

🤝 The headquarters of the University College of Business (UCB) hosted a special “Lectio Magistralis” on the topic of new professional roles for directing and managing SME aggregations ☘️in Europe, particularly in Italy🇮🇹

✅ These entrepreneurial aggregations take various forms (linked to a territorial dimension) to collaborate in optimizing production phases or creating a new product.

✔️ We are talking about sophisticated organizations but with specific goals to reach global markets.

📌The successes are confirmed by the higher revenue achieved by companies belonging to this type of group (cluster) compared to those that do not participate (+10-15% revenue, source: Intesa Sanpaolo Research Center). However, leading and managing these groups requires specific roles and specific experience. At present, the European academic landscape offers only a few embryonic examples.
