University College of Business is pleased to invite its Erasmus+ program partners and all other international partners to participate in International Staff Week, an international event dedicated to academic exchange, innovation in teaching, and professional networking. This event will take place in Tirana, Albania, from the 2nd to 6th of June 2025, bringing together academics and administrative staff from partner universities for a unique experience of knowledge sharing and collaboration expansion. This activity aims to create an interactive platform where participants can share experiences and best practices in higher education, discuss challenges and opportunities in digital transformation within academic institutions, and explore possibilities for new joint projects.
In addition to academic sessions and interactive workshops, participants will have the opportunity to gain deeper insights into Albania’s culture and history, as well as establish new professional connections with colleagues from different countries. During this week, all the participants will have the opportunity to attend two academic international events the UCB is organizing on the framework of the International Staff Mobility. The forum dedicated to the WB region entitled “Western Balkans – A multifaceted region with evolving dynamics!” and the XIth International Scientific Conference entitled “Innovation, Technology, and Green Business”.
Objectives of the Event:
- Promote international collaboration between higher education institutions.
- Exchange best practices in pedagogical and administrative innovation.
- Develop new joint projects within the framework of Erasmus+.
